For our Junior Readers and Junior Plus courses or any courses for children under 5, we recommend parental supervision initially. Once your child is comfortable with the teacher, they can participate independently, with adults checking in periodically.

What's the money-back guarantee policy?
For one-on-one enrolments made between 1 and 30 September 2026, your child's first 6 classes are covered by our 6-Class Money-Back Guarantee. Take 6 classes. If Learn2Read is not right for your child, tell us before the 7th class — and within 90 days of the first — and we will refund 100% of what you paid, including the 6 classes your child has already attended. No deductions, no form to fill in, and we will not ask you to justify your decision. If the problem is the tutor rather than the programme, we will offer you a different tutor. You do not have to accept — if you would rather have your money back, we will refund you. We start the refund within 7 business days of accepting your request. What if I want to stop after that?
You can stop at any time. We refund the classes you have not used, at the per-class price of the package you bought. Email info@learn2read.co and we will start the refund within 7 business days.
